For three decades, I’ve focused on building and scaling complex international operations, turning around underperforming assets, and creating resilient global supply chains. My pragmatic and hands-on approach, grounded in a strong foundation in engineering and a Master’s in Business from Imperial College, London, combined with real-world experience navigating challenging markets and identifying unique strategic opportunities.
My career, from formative years at blue-chip companies to launching ambitious independent ventures, has provided me with the insight to build robust business frameworks that are both visionary and adaptable.
The Agrialliances Mission: Strategic Investment and Collaboration:
Bipin is now channeling his extensive experience into Agrialliances, a new initiative focused on bridging North and South American agricultural producers with Asian markets. Agrialliances is built on a foundation of strategic investment in critical supply chain infrastructure, particularly grain elevators, and fostering deep collaborations with farmers, co-ops, and supply chain managers. The goal is to optimize the flow of premium grains and oils (soya, corn, canola) to major volume buyers in Asia, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and sustainable growth.

Laura Hyland, N.D.
Director of Nutritional Quality & Wellness, AgriAlliances
Laura is a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor with a deep understanding of nutrition, holistic health, and product purity. Laura will serve as the lead authority for AgriAlliances, ensuring that all grain and oil products not only meet but exceed industry standards for quality, safety, and nutritional value. Her role is to guarantee that every product aligns with the company’s core promise of delivering clean, healthy, and nutritionally-dense foods to our customers. She is responsible for supplier sourcing and vetting.
- Review and assess suppliers’ practices not just for yield, but for their commitment to clean agriculture, including soil health, harvesting techniques, and non-use of prohibited chemicals.
- Approve suppliers based on their ability to meet AgriAlliances’ criteria for non-GMO, organic, and contaminant-free products.
- Collaborate with our suppliers third-party labs to interpret testing data, ensuring it aligns with our safety standards.
Rita Duggan Account Manager
South & South East Asia
With over two decades of executive leadership and international business development experience, Rita is spearheading AgriAlliances’ expansion into the vital Southeast Asian market. She is responsible for driving the growth and sales of our premier soy products and rapeseed oil throughout the region.
While new to the agricultural commodity sector, Rita brings a wealth of experience in building and managing global sales operations. Her career is distinguished by her success in introducing technical B2B products to new international markets, from technology related equipment to high-value medical diagnostic equipment. Her key focus areas in market development are:
- Pioneering the introduction of AgriAlliances’ soy and rapeseed oil products to key growth markets across Southeast Asia.
- Forging and nurturing long-term relationships with key importers, distributors, and industrial partners and establish Agrialliances as a leading supplier in the region.
- Negotiate and secure high-volume supply contracts.
